Privacy Policy
In short
This is the website of Frank Ryckeboer, an artist who lives and works in Heks, Belgium. It is a simple site: you can look at the work and, if you like, send an email. That's it.
No contact forms, no newsletter, no advertising and no tracking by Google or Facebook. We collect as little about you as possible, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Responsible for this website: ADDsomething (www.addsomething.be), on behalf of Frank Ryckeboer (enterprise number BE0729 465 536), Heks (Heers), Belgium. Email: privacy@addsomething.be. A question about your privacy? Just send an email. You will get an answer from a person, not a machine.
What we receive, and why
When you send an email, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you. We don't add you to any list, and we delete the conversation once it is no longer needed. We never sell your data.
When you visit the site, our host Wix automatically processes some technical data, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view. This is needed to show the website safely and gives us simple, anonymous visitor numbers. We cannot see who you are. We rely on our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Wix hosts this site under EU-approved safeguards.
Cookies: this site only uses technical cookies placed by Wix, which the site needs to work and to stay secure. No advertising, tracking or social media cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work. If that ever changes, we will ask for your permission first.
Your rights
You can always ask what we know about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Just send an email to info@frankryckeboer.be. We will reply within one month, free of charge.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
If the website changes, for example with a shop or a newsletter, we will update this page. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
